This workshop will provide sales techniques for employees at all levels of experience. Mr. Hall will assist sales/service people in recognizing how attitude and personal interaction add value to their client relationships.

 2005 Spring Plant Workshop

Program:

This workshop begins with a presentation by Don McCarty, McCarty Associates on "From POTS to Video on Paired Copper Wire. Don will discuss the future of copper networks and how they will be used for xDSL, data and video transport. He will also discuss proactive maintenance to decrease installation; the importance of keeping the technicians up-to-date and the understanding of test equipment. Patrick Murphy, YCOM Networks will have a presentation on "DSL" and to conclude the day, we will have Kelly Grimm, YCOM Networks with his presentation on "IPTV".
